A total clusterf@ck caused by the NYPD. A delayed notification to FD. Upon arrival PD was unnecessarily evacuating civilians onto tracks with energized 3rd rails instead of having everybody use the platform. Heads up move by FD to stop the track evacuation and have those already on the track remain in place until power was removed.
