I think you are correct , but 75 & 33 were on another box and I remember the dispatcher telling 48/56 they were probably getting in first due but then 75 & 33 became available.

A correction this building is not 6 stories it is a 5 story with an A and B side,the fire was on the top floor of the B side of the building.How do I know,this building is next door to where I live.Also I have worked in this building many years ago.

I did , they said after they asked 75/33 if they were responding , 48/54 you might get in first 75/33 coming from another box.
