D-7: Under Control - 14:25

L32 normal 3rd due (Fast) at this box - if L51 OOS, L32 should have been 2nd due - who was the 2nd due truck?
 
61 would normally be the extra truck, so if no 51, why wasn't 32 2nd due & 61 Fast - 32 was available all along and assigned as Fast, just curious.
 
37 Truck originally assigned as extra truck. "Extra truck for window bars", changed to TL-46. Needed a Tower Ladder as per SOP.
