Interesting example of the SAT engines not going past their third or fourth due boxes (I think whether it is 3rd or 4th depends on the unit). E9 here would be closer than both E24 and E33 but can't be assigned because they're a SAT.

What is a SAT Engine ? Are you referring specifically to Satellite System Companies ?

Yes. I believe current dispatch policy dictates that an engine with an associated satellite cannot be assigned greater than 3rd or 4th due (again, depending on the unit). So, if you're E9 w/SAT1, you get all second alarms in lower and midtown Manhattan, but you miss calls like this where you'd be assigned likely 5th due.
