Fire on the top floor & into the cockloft of a 6 story 100x75 H type MD.

Phone Alarm - Reporting fire across of 1455 Sheridan Ave. - 16:23

BXD to TL-44: We're also getting a bunch of calls for The Grand Concourse & 172 - TL-44: Looks like it's on the Concourse.

B-17: We're pulling up now - Heavy black smoke pushing from the roof.  - 16:24

TL-44: 10-75 - 16:25

L-49 FAST, E-50 & L-19 for w/b

B-17: Transmit a 2nd Alarm - 16:30

B-13 RUL, B-18 Safety, E-72 w/ Sat. 2 (replaced E-97)

B-17: Fire on the top floor - 2 L/S/O - DWH - 16:31

D-6: We have extension into the cockloft. - 16:40

D-6: Fire has been K/D in the fire apt. - Special call 2 additional trucks for relief. (L-38 & L-56) - 16:48

D-6: Notify the utility that we still have a small fire at the gas meter on the top floor apt. - DWH - 17:05

D-6: Special call 2 additional trucks for relief. (L-48 & TL-58) - PWH - 17:15

D-6: Mixer off message. - Then BXD advised D-6 that his s/c BC will be B-27 (might be going to the hospital for an injured member)

D-6: This fire is Under Control. - 10-41 code 1 - Marshals are on scene. - 18:00

At Jacoby Hosp. Injured member just came in. Praying with my Family for a quick recovery. Love to all the members of the F.D.N.Y.
 
Just left Jacobi , Member is in good spirits surrounded by his Many Brothers. I shook the hand of a special hero , and gave hugs from the Bronx to the other Members of the FDNY. I wanted to also Thank EMS for Taking great care of my Mom Today,
