Brentwood NY FD Fire Chief takes on Politician

A few things I found out growing up on Long Island from1963 when we moved from Westchester:
1. Watching the Volunteers riding on the diamond deck platforms, turn out coats flapping, 3/4 boots and the helmets responding to a call was about the coolest thing to see. Until I saw them in action. Going into a near fully involves house for what seemed like an eternity to carry out a victim and then go back in after the dog. Both made it.

2. Knowing if you needed a Police Officer, if one headed to the local Volunteer Fire HQ any time of the day or night you were able to find one or at least the dispatcher could get one.

Mind you this was all before technology of cell phones.

There are still walk in Aided cases from time to time.
There are still walk in reports of accidents and fires

To Chief Figueroa and the Brentwood Fire Department, God Bless You All.
And tell that politician to.....
Well you know the rest.
 
Why do we complicate the simple things in life?
1. Break the law, suffer the consequences!
2. America is the land of opportunity, you are welcome but ENTER correctly.
3. If you didn't enter correctly, See item 1.
4. If you entered incorrectly AND you are wanted for other crimes (besides illegally entering the country) see item 1.

It is time All citizens of this country realize this is nothing more than a systematic invasion of the country and the erosion of all the things that make us great. Stop defending the illegals and the law-breakers. It simply erodes the sacrifices your forefathers made that produce the fruit we all enjoy.
