It depends. I know many FD's out there have shirts, both paid and volunteer. For example, in Philly, Pittsburgh, and places like that, I'm sure you'll find shirts like here in NYC. I'm sure you can find some out in places like Reading, Scranton, Allentown, etc. Anyhow, every year, I go on vacation in Lancaster County(South Central PA) and have gotten quite a few tee-shirts from the local volunteer FD's(i.e., Strasburg, Lafayette, Ronks, Bird-in-Hand, Lititz, etc.). I also got a shirt from Lancaster City Fire, the only paid gig in the area. All a great bunch of guys too.
