B3: have HM1 continue in, all other special units not 10-84 can go 10-8

B3: victim is removed from hole, all FDNY personnel out of the hole, patient is being evaluated by EMS (duration 25 min.)

D6: patient is being treated by EMS, decontamination for some units

D6: need Decon Support Unit to pick up gear

Why decon the gear? If its a black water tank why not just burn it - some smells you just cant bleach away!
