For car designations that just have numbers, they are assigned to the divisions. First number is always 5, followed by the division number.
ie Car 56 is the Division Chief of the 6th Division, and Car 51 is the Division Chief of the 1st Division. There are 9 Divisions.
Adding an additional number (up to 5) is a Deputy Chief.
ie, Car 561 is a deputy Chief of the 6th Division, and Car 584 is a Deputy Chief of the 8th Division.
