FDNY Haz-Tac and Haz-Mat OPS rigs

Can somebody expalin what is the role of these Haz-Tac units? And what kind of equipment do they carry?

The haz- tac rigs are staffed with one ems lt.they carry everythiing from antidont to the new lion suits..which replaced the level A suits

Haz-Tac is EMS side and Haz-Mat ops is FD side.
