Fireman Albert Ezra Guinness

I am doing research for a historical fiction novel about the FDNY at the turn of the last century. I have been truly impressed with Fireman Albert Ezra Guinness, the first President of UFA Local 94. I have found many articles in newspaper archives about his fight to improve working conditions, such as the implementation of the second platoon. Are there any records of his speeches, meetings, or conversations during his tenure as President of the UFA? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
