So the Entire 4th alarm assignment is OOS* ? Skylar is it spares being used as front line while repairs are made? Or are these rigs being loaned? Should always have enough spares.
 
Some of the first due units were still in North Hudson at the time of this being dispatched.

The city doesn’t want to pay to fix apparatus is what I am being told… the fire last week E8 E17 SQ4 were all out of service no spares available.

Currently there is only one Spare Engine out of 5 or 6 of them. L8, LT4, L11 all in spares. LT6 is using L12 front line rig as a spare. L9 went down last night. I believe E17 is back they must be in a spare…
