I saw the photo of it as an ALF today. Thanks for telling me about it!memory master said:There was a photo in an early 60"s WNYF of 102's ALF and it received a mention as the best appearing rig. I believe the photo was taken at the training school on Welfare Island and the crew were all on the rig. I wish I could be more specific on the date.

My rusted brain is working overtime on this. I see in my feeble mind a right hand page up near the top. If only I could pin it down more for you but right now I'm going to get a "Purple K" unit due to the smoke emanating from my ears. Must have a shorted circuit upstairs. :811 said:memory master said:There was a photo in an early 60"s WNYF of 102's ALF and it received a mention as the best appearing rig. Remember that piece, did a quick look through all 1960s WNYF did not catch it. If you find the date, I can post. I believe it was a 1960, 1962 ALF.
Thank you too! Now, I?m ready to see the War Years version! If anyone has a picture of Ladder 102, could someone please upload it here?811 said:memorymaster: I also thought it was right hand page at top; but no. It was left hand page near bottom. L102 was published in WNYF 3/1961 (Summer). I thought there was also mention somewhere about their custom tools.
