2155hrs- E-11 rts fully-involved 3-frame on arrival.
1st Alarm: E-11, 7, 15, 6; L-5, X, 12FAST; B-3, 6; R-1

2157hrs- Deputy 1 on location with extension to exosure. L-12FAST.

2204hrs- Interior crews rpt stairs are burned away in front, req. truck co's ladder 2nd floor.

2207hrs- B-3 rts Fire K/D 1st floor, (3) L/S/O on 2nd floor with stairs compromised.

2208hrs- Co's rpt most visible fire K/D on 2nd floor. Making good progress.

2213hrs- R-1 with (1) L/S/O in the basement. rimary 1st floor (-). Heavy fire through the roof.

2214hrs- Deputy 1 S/C Signal 9 for manpower. Dispatch req. a rundown of engine co's at scene, advising more engines at scene than assigned.

2215hrs- B-3 advsing heavy fire 3rd floor and cockloft, req. a line. Co's moving a line from 2nd to the 3rd floor.
Signal 9: E-9, 28; L-11, B-4

2217hrs- Deputy 1 advsing fire building is a balloon frame. (2) L/S/O on 3rd floor. (1) L/S/O on 2nd floor.

2219hrs- Deputy 1 advising putting FAST to work, S/C Truck.

2221hrs- Deputy 1 advsing still heavy fire cockloft. Primary (-) throughout.

2227hrs- Signal 308, Signal 100. Exposures on both side with extension to exterior. All fire K/D.

The 2nd due Ladder was probably Ladder 7. The S/C Truck for F.A.S.T. could have been Ladder 6.

For those who don't know, a Box in Newark gets 4 & 2, Rescue, 1 BC and the Deputy. If a Signal 11, or Working Fire, gets transmitted, the Box is filled out. This brings an additional Ladder for F.A.S.T., and Battalion 6, the NFD's Safety Battalion.

A Signal 9, or 309 is simply a response of 2 & 1, with 1 BC. A Signal 8 or 308 is a response of 1 & 1 with 1 BC. Signal 100 is a request for the Arson Unit.
