Came in as Box 5485 for 12th St. & Oak Lane Ave. for a church fire.

The initial companies on the assignment were:

Engine 63, Engine 51, Engine 73
Ladder 29, Ladder 8
Battalion 2, Battalion 9
Squad 72

Engine 63 o/s reporting heavy fire showing from a 2-story 75'x100' church and placed 2 & 2 in service. Battalion 2 o/s placing All Hands in service and reported multiple L/S/O's. Companies used defensive exterior ops. w/numerous L/S/O's and ladder pipes.
