MCI = Mass Casualty Incident
can be a fire, accident, medical facility evacuation, explosion, transit incident, collapse, power failure, and any other possible major incident that
can generate five or more patients. Even a normal two vehicle accident is capable of having numerous amount of persons injured and that can be considered a MCI.
