We had the opportunity during the last three years to do some maintenance and reno in this building.

1. Graffiti, up in what I'll call the cockloft.
2. The cockloft rig for hanging and drying the hoses (I think!).
3. The main floor, now a church auditorium, with the far wall still embedded in the tile with those equipment hooks.

Thanks for the photos. #1 and #2 are hose tower photos. The photo of the 3rd floor was in the rear of the house and that was the kitchen. My dad worked in 16 engine from 1937 to 1958. As a side note, Jimmy Cagney and his sister lived on that block as kids.
