Looks like this is a scene out of a movie like Ladder 49 or Backdraft - large warehouse on the water going.

TL161’s first job with the new rig I believe. Think it went into service yesterday?
More reminiscent of Back draft, in fact there is a 30 minute video online of thors warehouses burning in 1989. That’s why Ron Howard picked it. Ladder 49 was an old grain elevator. They wanted to do something similar to what happens in Worcester, but the families objected.

Class 6… Heavy Timber… gonna be a tough job
Worked at TL 131 many years before these buildings went to artist use. When they were warehouses we always went in cautiously due to maze conditions. I can only imagine how the floors were divided up into studios and offices as CIDS stated use search ropes!
Heavy timber! These buildings have 12 x 12 wooden columns and 3” thick wooden floors. Not Your usual firefighting SOP.
Early knock down or exterior attack.

Especially when you had Marine and multiple engines. I heard over the radio that they were switching engines back and forth from multiple Tls
