CWTC QUESTION: Must the on call CWTC ( AC or DAC ) respond from the FDOC or can he run from his own office on the 9x6?

My understanding is they can run from their own offices during the day tour. For example I've heard CWTCs talk about the role on podcasts and refer to, for example, 15A responding from the Rock.
