da harlem river park towers are 404 feet tall.
Tracy towers are 400 feet tall i found out on a website.

River Park Towers are a few feet above sea level.  Tracey Towers are on a much higher elevation.  So one is taller on account of that.

that used to be my old neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk from where i lived on 201st and valentine.
