So is this two separate fires but same box number? Appears to be different addresses on the same block, Evergreen Ave , but different times of the day. Very interesting. One fire in the morning and one fire at night. Strange coincidence

Remember, Signal 10-70 indicates Engine Co. is having water supply problem and the normally means the second due Engine Co. needs is to ensure that the 1st Due Engine has a positive reliable water supply. This may mean relay pumping or stretching additional supply hoseline/s or whatever else is needed to have a positive effect on the water supply. It is the job of every engine company to see to it an adequate water supply and that means Always finding a water source, testing that water source and being ready to supply any Engine or a Tower Ladder that needs water.
There is no excuse ay a working or multiple alarm fires for any Engine not being at a tested hydrant or other secure water source. Some Volunteer fire departments sometimes don't do this vital action. I've also been a Volunteer Firefighter & Fire Officer for more than 52 years.
