Members trained for HMTU have a 2nd Piece in quarters and can’t even be inservice all due to money $$$$$$

Are you saying they're all trained and have the second piece ready and aren't put in service as an HMTU yet due to budget? I presume due to the 12% (or whatever it is) SOC pay?

Yup. No money. They are all trained 2nd piece is in quarters awaiting the money to pay them
