I would like to take a moment to say, "THANK YOU" to site member Tom O'Connell, aka "Capttomo", for providing us with many of the FDNY Training Tips on this site.
Although not all firefighters here are FDNY Members, there is much that can be learned and practiced from those training tips, whether it be roof operations, operating a hose line, water rescue, etc., etc.
Also, Tom has been a frequent visitor on the monthly NYC Zoom Meetings, including being a guest speaker sharing his knowledge and experience with us.
