New Haven, ct also has a volunteer group, box 22 associates, they have an older step van, I think the group is run by a former fire commissioner and is all volunteer, not sure how active they now but the I am pretty sure they usually make it out to multipul alarms that are doubt full

How do other departments make toilet facilities available at large or long term incidents?

Here in Lee County FL, the American Red Cross provides these services to local fire departments.  We provide a good  deal of assistance during wildfire seasons.  I am on one of these Red Cross teams.
