I recall at the time one of the members OTJ telling me this squirt was reassigned to E70 in an attempt to fool the public that there was still a ladder company in quarters. I believe the ladder was lashed to the squirt boom, or maybe that was just to E70s rig prior to the assignment of the squirt. In any case, a couple of dispatchers lived on City Island and nobody was fooled.
