75' Tower Ladders

TL 35 delivered to company on 11/11/2010
TL 23 delivered to company on 11/16/2010
TL 77 delivered to company on 11/18/2010
 
I drove by the dealer on Thursdy and the only ones that I was able to make out were Ladder 21's truck in for service and I believe 23. Ladder 15 left the dealer today and I spotted it on the NJ turnpike.
 
Awesome shot... I just wish they would perform as well as they look.

3-4 days after being put in service Ladder 77 was sent back due to electrical issues.
 
The following units have been delivered to the shops:

L 153 (ST10011)
L 162 (ST10012)
L  15 (ST10014)
L  76 (ST10017) 


 
Going out to the Rock for training for new apparatus lately are TL 15, 31, 76, 146, & 153. 
 
I belive TL 153 has their new TL I didn't see it but heard it following 254. The sirens are very distinct.
 
Ladder Company 162 received their new Marauder II, on Wednesday, December 22, 2010.

Ladder Company 153 received their new Marauder II, on December 30, 2010.
 
Today, TL-22 & 86 both went out for new apparatus familiarzation training. So I guess there will be getting their new rigs shortly.
 
According to Jack Lerch,  Seagrave has been awarded an add-on order for EIGHT additional 75" Aerialscope tower ladders.


The current contract is for twenty two units, bringing the total to 30 Marauder II 75' Tower Ladders.
 
Jack Lerch reports that most of the units on the three year contract of 22 have been delivered and in service:

This is what I show as delivered:

(1) Bureau of Training

(4) Replacing 1997's: 138, 124, 21, 46 

(6) Replacing 1998's:  142 23, 50, 77, 35, 153

(5) Replacing 1999's: 15, 31, 41, 146, 162

(5) Replacing 2000's: 76, 22, 86, 135, 159

(21) 

21 of the 22 have been delivered, according to my information. Does anyone have any any additional information on the other unit.

I think the other unit will be L 13

That leaves only two 2000's to be replaced  L 87 and 157 if I have it correct.  :)
 
TL 13 received their new rig on 4/2/2011
TL 22 received their new rig on 4/22/2011

Accourding to my count all 22 units on the initial contract have been delivered to FDNY
 
Just saw Ladder 41's new rig on the Bronx River Pkwy this afternoon.  Does anyone know when it went into service?
